CO2 CAPTURE UNIT FOR A COAL FIRE POWER PLANT TO CONVERT CO2 INTO METHANOL

India’s first carbon capture unit for conversion to methanol.

• Direct contact cooling of flue gas to cool and remove SOx & NOx.
• CO₂ absorption of 95%.
• A water wash system to ensure zero effluent discharge from the plant.
• CO₂ gas with purity of 99.9% for further processing to convert into methanol.
• Fully automated unit SCADA and HMI.

0.6 TPD CO2 CAPTURE UNIT FOR A GOVERNMENT RESEARCH INSTITUTE IN INDIA

It’s a complete plant cosists of gas cleaning unit, absorber unit, water wash unit and desorber unit.
The captured co2 will have a purity of 99.9% and it will be utilized to produce methanol.
